This hand-scooped Zotter creation combines creamy cashew nougat with a layer of sweet dates. The dates are deliciously sweet, very soft and simply melt in the mouth. The finest dark chocolate couverture with 100% cocoa content encases the nutty-sweet filling and gives it a fine bitter note.
